The Southwest Anomalous Research Society (SWARS) is a paranormal investigation and research society formed in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.

Since 2009, co-founder of the Allied Paranormal Investigation Society Barry Doyle has set out on a mission to fastidiously examine and document alleged paranormal phenomena in order to gain a better understanding of how and why unexplained activity occurs. In 2012 joining forces with four talented and dedicated researchers a new society evolved known today as SWARS - Southwest Anomalous Research Society.

Southwest Anomalous Research maintains a globally diverse and scientific approach to verifying evidence by working collaboratively with highly-respected fellow researchers and investigators in the US and around the world.
